Go carts on railroad tracks

My wife's nephew has one of those lightweight rail carts, it sits idle 100% of the time. Think he rode it once.

It was one of my favorites when I was a kid. This short would almost always open up movie day in the gym after school.

I completely forgot about the Asian guy coming out of the water on the Pacific side. Got a big laugh out of that!
