...from the San Diego Century:
Course Maps | San Diego Century Bike Ride Know what's worse than lugging 250# uphill? ...NOTHING!!! Watching those weighing 80 lbs less flying uphill got to my head. Knees are killing me. 105 miles in 7 1/2 hrs, 6500 vertical.

A person like you has my undying admiration...I've got no excuse other than overeating. I've been told I have an addictive personality (go figure, look at my sig line). But those endophins are hard to walk away from. The only problem now, is my body sweats at the drop of a hat, not good if you're a bowhunter.

I rode Rosarito to Ensenada 2 weeks ago(50 miles), did 100 miles last Saturday and to work (36 miles) on wednesday.
