Apartment/Property management accounting software? What's good?
Looking for accounting/management software for a 13 unit apartment.
Does Quickbooks work well for that? Or is there something specialized for apts that is better. Doesn't seem like it needs to be too complicated. |

Hmm, no one owns/manages apartments?
Looking at quickbooks pro 2012, Quicken Rental Property Manager, and LandlordMax. |

I've used Quicken Property Manager in the past for my rentals and it worked great for me.
