Minor issue with navigating AWAY from the PP website

As you'all do, I get an email notice from PP. I click on a link to the thread that I am subscribed to. I have no issue getting there. I have no issue going to the top of the thread and moving to thread's main area like classified, tech, OT or elsewhere in the PP site.

However, going to, say anywhere else....like google, my home page, my fav porn site, gets the ever popular revolving circle and nada. I go nowhere. I close the page and I get an IE error that says "this window is busy" with the loud drum sound effect indicating that I am an idjut and did something stoopid.

I close the error popup it closes the page. I reload IE 9, it opens to my home page and then I navigate to where I want to go.

NOW, if I go to PP by clicking on the book mark in my favorites after opening my home page, I can move to any other page from PP without any issues.

I'm thinking there is a gmail compatbility problem with PP's site. Anyone have this issue?

I prefer to use IE 9.....even though you ARE right.

When coming in via a link using Google Chrome it does not have the problem.

Yep....been using Chrome as I mentioned. Firefox is now my back up. Guess I was being stubborn.

Still curious if anyone else was having the IE 9 problem.

The cute part about IE9, they have hidden the download in the windows update section and you can't find in the normal area where you can normally do an uninstall of a program you want to dump.

Ah just great....9 and 8 is gone but 7 seems to be part of the operating system. I guess that was part of the lawsuit.
