Now three months down the track she walks him twice a day, is even jogging with him. Has regular buddies at the dog walking park. EVEN goes out when she has a headache and has discovered that spending 3 days in a darked house doesn't get rid of her headache but a power walk with Louis does help. So a rescue story with a happy outcome I say :) Edit: Some fine looking muts on this thread guys, I'm loving it. |

Guys/Gals! I love them all!....great pics!
Here's our Bodi: 2 years ago: http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1340143454.jpg http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1340143485.jpg http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1340143504.jpg And just recently! http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1340143575.jpg The one funny..strange thing about this guy....he has got to be the LOUDEST DRINKER (water, not booze!). When he goes to his water bowl in the kitchen and starts drinking, he will drown out all conversation, background TV, dishwasher, stereo, various appliances, etc for a good five minutes straight with his lapping!...unbelievable! But, we still love him! Alex |

He's intelligent and super nonaggressive (w.r.t. food and toys) but almost over playful, especially with kids and other dogs. After 6 years he's mellowing out a little bit. Super athletic. He's on the large side of standard, maybe pushing 65-70#, and is all muscle. Whoever though poodles were poncy wuss dogs never played with one. We'll look for another when the inevitable happens in at least 10 years. Going to pretend that can't happen in the meantime... Between a bath and the brushing out. Not low maintenance! http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1340153320.jpg |
