It looks Italian.
Plus some bits have fallen off it onto the driveway which further suggests it's Italian. |

It's weird and kind of ugly. It looks a bit like the modern-retro designs we're seeing from the big 3, but clearly a modern-retro design of an Italian car, and a poor one at that. I'll bet it's Chinese.

I'll guess that it's a Bertone styling exercise on a mid-'60s Corvette being shown at Pebble Beach.
