Local repo auction Boxster S, value?

Here is the link: 2001 Porsche Boxster S Convertible - Repocast.com® I'm not really a Boxster kinda guy and this one will certainly need some love but what's the value on this thing? If it needs a new engine I have to assume it's already approaching full-boat, but what the hell do I know.

$10-13K private party sale if it's in driving condition with no glaring issues So, yeah, $6500 already (plus 3-6% buyer's fee) when it needs a motor? Ship has sailed...

I'd take off some from that number... Why? I know 2 people that have had vehicles repo'd, and a paperwork relation (niece's brother-in-law) is a repo man. The 2 that had their cars repo'd had teh attitude of "they're gonna take it, i'm gonna thrash and trash it before they do". The repo guy says that MOST of his repos the people have that same attitude.
