Few Pics from Road America
I had fun this past weekend, except my camera didn't work like it should. Saved a few from the Concours. Great racing and street cars like always. Mine is the red BMW and the very rare Black 3.0 CSL is owned by the WeatherTech CEO Dave MacNeil. Only 47 made.

Whats the story on the SWB Sport quattro, factory livery? The real thing? Would love to see and hear that 5 cyl. fire breather drift the corners thru Elkhart.

Your Six looks great too! Euro spec with the bumpers?? Vintage BBS.
Dave's CSL with the 'bat-wings' and in black is way neat. Ally hood or doors? Always enjoyed them and some of my earlier BMW's owned, '66 2000ti LUX, numerous Tii, Bavaria. Regret once passing on an early burgundy color euro M6 manual. Dang' would have been a keeper.

Thanks for posting images! That Audi LeMans racer amazes me every time I see it...a packaging marvel and always very well presented. Those Cobra Automotive Mustangs really haul the mail every time I see them too!!

After seeing them run, I'm always surprised that car ever makes it past practice. I think he was being conservative in stating 8300 rpm. The thing makes your ears bleed every time it goes by...as does that Benetton F1 car which seems to usually be fastest car at RA each year I attend...or at least it sounds fastest...even more so than those Mustangs which isn't easy.

Thanks for posting more pics. I'll say that Lola T-70 Mk3 is the most beautiful racing car of all time. That mustang is beyond me, the way it sounds.

I'm not sure a fella can really pick a most beautiful race car...there are so many that look all the business yet are so completely different.
