What font and size do you use with your email

Arial 12pt if I have an option.

I'm slightly nearsighted and like being able to work with my glasses off. Dual 22" monitors pushed back about two feet away, 8-10 hours a day.

I'll also take the other path and say I like HTML email. I send pictures back and forth every day. Way faster to screen cap them and paste them into an email body along with comments than save and attach them. I also end up telling people how to navigate through programs. Again much easier to give a few instructions and then add a screen cap in the body of an email.
