No, not afraid of her...just don't like being with a crab patch so we choose to disappear and not engage most of the time. No man here is afraid. But, once in a while you need to push back, as I said a bit ago. That makes a point and maintains the man card.

My Dad told me a long time ago, when I first got married...
"Son... your wife will for no reason get upset sometimes".... "Don't try to argue and don't run off". He said to have a retreat like the garage to go to and she will come around. He was right.
My garage kept me out of the line of fire (and the tuff shed with lights and power).

Sure enough, after a while my wife would act as if nothing happened with her behavior and all was good. No doubt, women think differently and I learned to live with it.

I don't have to seek refuge in the garage anymore but it is a "man cave" of sorts and you go there to get just far enough away without jumping in the car and taking off. That is not a good idea.

Regardless of how much your woman respects you, she will still think differently than you. A guy has to learn to pick his battles for sure. Attempting to "win" an argument with a woman is, IMO, usually a waste if time. Haha...

Agreed! Men and women are different. Period. If you try to understand each other in all aspects, you are fighting a losing battle. I admit, I can be as crazy as the next bat chit crazy woman. But men can be as stupid as the next stupid man. When we just get over our pride and just admit our faults and accept it, we can, a majority of the time, get along. But there are times no matter what you do, we aren't gonna let it go. And there are times we women have to accept men are simple creatures and a beer and some sex will indeed fix his problems.

Read my advice in one of the other threads when I compare women to your Porsche. I will have to go find it...

Oh I thought it said grabass - and wondered why you would be asking for advice - don't most men want their S.O. to go 'all grabass on you?'

However, crabass is a whole other thing....

Tweezers - You are smart beyond your years....Why can't most women figure out how simple it is too keep a man happy?

A friend of mine has been single for over 30 years. I recently asked if he'd ever been close to marrying again. His reply:

I'VE SURE KNOWN A LOT OF CRAZY BEEOTCHES......That's all he said....
