i like it..love it? no.

i have alot of cans. it is part of my survival kit..hahah. figured if zombies invade, or the electricity goes off for good..last thing i will worry about is my cardio health.

spam fried rice is very good. easy to make, and easy to take to a party/competition.

serve a tiny bit (hors d'oeuvres style) on a chinese soup spoon..top it with a pan fried quail egg, sprinkled with nori flakes. collect winning trophy. next!

Spam Musubi. Topped with crunchy Nori. Nothing else comes close.
Konishiki didn't get to 632lbs by eating fish alone.

At the risk of being banned, I admit that occasionaly I will fix the following for dinner (usually after 12 hours at work, so I'm too tired to "cook" I can usually have the whole thing done in under 5 minutes:

Slice some Turkey Spam into slabs, put on George Forman grill.
Cook 2 eggs sunny side up.
Heat up 2 packs of Quaker Oats flavored instant oatmeal in the microwave; brown sugar is my fav, followed by apple/cinnamon.

About the time the oatmeal and eggs are done, the turkey spam will be hot and starting to brown. Throw all of it in a big bowl, chop it up with a spoon, and pig out in front of the TV.

Just cut it thin and fry it in some bacon grease. Serve with a baked date (seedless) on top. Spam dates. :)
