I need a kick-ass SPAM recipe (if there is such a thing)

We have a food contest at work going on where all the recipes must use SPAM as an ingredient. Anyone have an actual recipe they have tried and would recommend? I'm looking at doing some donuts sprinkled with SPAM pieces I found online. Open to other ideas!

My grandmas recipie....

Cut spam into1/2” slices
Coat with spicy brown mustard
Cover thoroughly with crushed corn flake flakes
Place thick pinnapple ring on top of it,
Place on cookie sheet
Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes (maybe 30 minutes?) or so our until the pineapple is just starting to crisp...

This is of memory, very simple, the spicy mustard and corn flakes are key...

Yum Yum...Is it ready yet?

Old world receipe:
.
Locate a fresh cedar shingle.
Preheat oven to 350'.
Cut Spam into 1/4" thick slices.
Completely cover shingle w/slices.
Brush on a layer of Worchestershire sauce.
Sprinkle onion powder over that.
Place shingle & Spam into oven for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven & let cool, toss the Spam & eat the shingle.

Hormel's web site has dozens of Spam recipes.

Two recommendations, I've made these, they're great:
Spambalaya
Spam enchiladas

Both delicious

They also have spam desserts.

I haven't had spam since I was in the boy scouts, but I remember looking it then. I would probably eat some more, but I don't know if I could actually being myself to purchase any.
