I used to race MX with this guy (Jeff Clark) who is located near Toledo Ohio. Badbrush.com; vehicle graphics, commercial signs, real estate signs, vintage graphics, racing graphics, motocross graphics, decals, motocross decals, motocross parts, motocross accessories
I have ordered all my custom decals from him over the years for cars/bikes/airplanes that I have repainted/restored. You would likely just need to forward him pictures of what you are after and he could duplicate them.
