Just show up at the courthouse diplaying that friendly calm, cool demeanor you're so well known for. That should smooth things over lickety split....

First of all chill... anger may lead you to get careless.
Second, have you been fined or just ticketed? If no fines then you'd likely need to argue harassment.

Seek advice from a trial lawyer is my take.

Not a lawyer but had similar situations (ten fold) years ago in Ohio.
Don't f with it, keep your car in order and be more careful......i'm really certain it's not just you....

Mean while I have the letter here (copy) that one SP office contacted the other SP office and recommend they throw the book at me ! Cause I am SO bad!
UP to this point I have had a crime free life.
Now i am bad. LOL
SO some how, They were dumb enough to give me a copy of this inner office profile job.!
Should the NYSP be profiling me?
Should I sue them?

Just to keep things straight.

Not so much profiling as you got on some SP guy's list.

Stay out of court.

Use your elected officials. Trying to hold bad cops accountable is not an easy task, doing it in court is going to burn a hole in your soul.

File an informal complaint with the SP. If you can do it informally at the local office they may be more receptive.

A wise old attorney told me to avoid court if you can. His statement that "people aren't here by choice" made an impression.

Are you a minority? Certain ethnicity? Certain religion? Certain gang affiliation? Certain hairstyle?
Wear your pants a certain way?.......How would they pick YOU out of a group?

They appear to be targeting those who can not assemble a coherent sentence on a discussion forum
