I'd be pretty if the US gov't. told me who I could do non-defense-related business with. Other countries' banks will step in and take up whatever business we're not allowed to conduct there. Won't hurt Iran at all.

I think they should have suspended their banking license for 2 years and/or pay a fine equal to the cost of the war for the time period equal to time of the illegal transactions
