What kinda spider is this?
Wife found this after trimming the bushes today in the back yard (Minnesota).
When it opened up and started moving it was about 1.5" in diameter legs included. Bleech.

Looks like a common orb weaver spider. (harmless)

We just got back from our friends house. As we were leaving my wife saw a spider about the size of my palm. So Richie gets some spider spray .........i think i could here the spider laughing.
Finally knocked him down and squished him.
