Working freelance is like being a contractor or a temp. No long term agreement, just day to day employment. you know that going in.
You aren't being shafted, they simply don't require your services any longer. |

Michael, thanks for the kind words and offer. I didn't see that you had replied.
Anyway, ION not only raised my salary by 5k, but I will also be getting benefits and everything! I'll just have to finish up a freelance project this Friday and I'm back on board next week. |
