ticket paid with 137 origami pigs

A man arrived at a municipal court this week and attempted to pay a $137 traffic violation ticket with 137 origami pigs fashioned with dollar bills and boxed in two Dunkin Donut trays.

Clearly annoyed and uncertain of how to proceed the clerk then picks up the phone to call for back up from a senior officer.

A policeman in uniform who arrives on the scene shows more of sense of humour and though he insists the man unfold each because they have 'no way to store it', he commends 'Bacon Moose' for his work.

'I agree with you, that's pretty cool, that took a lot of time,' he says, chuckling as he snaps pictures with his camera: 'Little piggies in a doughnut box, I got I got it.'

If the former (while funny) it would represent a colossal waste of time.

That's a lot of anger, LOL. When my neighbor fell and broke his neck and was paralyzed from the chest down, we started folding 1000 origami cranes for him in lieu of a humdrum "get well" card. It took forever, and cranes are one of the easiest folds to do.

If you watch the video - at the very end the cop tries to give the guy some advice.....

Why are they always trying to give advice?

Like they are the all knowing sages of the universe....give me a break!

The cop probably didn't care. He just took them down to dunkin donut and insisted they are legal dollar bills and I'd like my usual dozen donuts please.

The revenue collectors themselves resemble well fed fat hogs. At first, they refuse the dollars, but then pull out cameras, celebrate the presenter yet make him unfold the bills and get giddy happy.
