My wife and kids. Parents second. Myself a distant number.

Myself. All the rest earn trust over time by their actions and integrity.

I have a pretty big list. Guess I'm lucky.

Umm, there is trust and there is trust. I stay out of trouble by not telling anyone - especially the people I "trust" about anything I may or may not have done that is illegal. You never know when things may change and they have something over you.

But I trust them to be fun at the party, to be there at a certain time, type things.

No one. Too many bad experiences with people I thought I could trust.
Wife says I shouldn't suspect people before I get to know them.

Being a pawnbroker in a small town the last 25 years, my list of both types of people is fairly extensive.

Same here. I respect lots of people but I trust no one right now. I hope that changes sometime soon.

wife, son, DIL and perhaps a handful of personal friends. total list is under eight.
