Crappy driver meet - this Sunday

I swear, the department of motor vehicles must have gone PC. They appear to be issuing drivers permits to anybody, regardless of skill level.

I just returned from a 10-minute run to Homeless Depot to pick-up a few supplies.. must have encountered at least 6-new morons out there with absolutely ZERO drivers' skill.

From poor lane control, to turn signal impairment, to stopping dead on the highway on-ramp.

How the phok do these people pass their drivers test?

Next time you are at Costco, just think, people drive their car the same way they "drive" their cart
