I love the Giants but this is one dull series. Network's worst nightmare.

Giants were picked to fail.
I thought the AMAZING defense and pitching of the Giants was very exciting. They said the last back-to-back shutouts in the World Series was 1966! This from the team written off by the press and winning SIX elimination games in the first two postseason series. I've been on the edge of my seat. Can't wait for tomorrow night's game. KT

Giants won DESPITE not swinging on third strikes.....what was there 3-4 where they watched the ball land in the catchers mitt with the bat on their freaking shoulder?
One was 3-2, 2 on and 2 outs.....chhhhrissstttt, shoot me.

Can't believe I stayed up to watch that. The tigers performed like O did in the first debate. Hopefully they'll show up for round 4!

23 times a team has had a 3-0 lead in the WS. 20 times, that team won in 4. The other three times, they won in 5.

I think we can all acknowledge how the Tigers fought for another game tonight. Hats off to Scutaro for knocking in the game winning run. He has been clutch the entire post season. Congrats to the Giants!

Scutaro is a machine. There was no way he was not going to get a hit. He shortened up his swing, just stuck his bat out, and punched it into right center. Piece of cake.

That was so cool... what a cohesive team.
Ask yourself if you can even imagine trying to hit Romo's crazy stuff. Now, try to imagine trying to hit it in the bottom of the 10th with two outs, down 4 runs to 3 in game 4 in front of your home crowd. ![]()

Great game and the players deserve a huge round of congratulations (who is going to the parade on Wednesday?) however I believe the primary reason for success this year was an incredible job by Bochy and the coaches, as well as management filling in the holes...WAY TO GO GIANTS!!!

I was in the city Sunday & it was both crazy & disgusting. We walked from Alexander's (awesome steaks) on Brannan up 3rd to our hotel on Market (The Palace). The sidewalks were full of screaming fans. People were hanging out of cars, high-fiving pedestrians. One girl danced around me screaming. Insane. And on & on.
On the negative side, they closed Market later at our hotel with cops in riot gear. A drive by shooting. I could hear a massive crowd west of the us. In the morning, the sidewalks were strewn with debris. Anything not fastened down was overturned or smashed - planters, construction cones & barriers etc etc. Ian
