So my friend wants to make a toothbrush....

So my friend has this idea for a novelty toothbrush. We thought it was freaking hilarious. Ummmmm.....where does one start? Is it possible to manufacture toothbrushes in the US for a reasonable sum? If not, how does one go about finding a Chinese manufacturer to do the job. How do you make the molds?

Share your knowledge toothbrush manufacturing gurus!!!!!

Let me guess. A "phallus" for bachelorette parties morning after? I assume it will also eject it's own toothpaste?

He might consider one of the 3D printing services to make a prototype or two...

[QUOTE] My friend has this idea for a novelty toothbrush.

It's a rather well-kept secret that certain electric toothbrushes are also great vibrators for women. If you change the handle to make it obvious what it can be used as, then you've created a "niche" novelty product, but everyone will know the secret. I like it better when it looks like an ordinary toothbrush.
