Interesting, though I always take those things with a grain of salt. For instance, I've read that Ford has gotten hammered in these surveys because of the buggy nature of their Sync and MyFordTouch car entertainment systems. Having Sync in my F150 I can attest to its sometimes annoying nature, but I'll take that over a vehicle that has true mechanical issues. Good to see Audi improving, maybe someday I'll be able to consider some of their newer products.
