Thanks Vash!
My wife gave it to me on our first anniversary due to my fondness of collectibles and music. And yes...it works very well!

After staring at that beauty for a while, the only thing I would change is (wait for it...) the stem. Modern wheels are uber cool, but modern stem needs a little more tweaking...
I totally understand why you used it, but the color is a bit of a wart. Solid red, or celeste, or even polished or satin-finished alloy would help the esthetic balance, (most humbly opined). Everything else is super-nice, beautifully detailed, gorgeous. Nice work.

I just love old school steel frames. Richard Sachs still makes them in the US.

Believe it or not....I agree with all of you about the stem but remarkably, I had it in my bike spare parts bin! what does that mean? 1" threadless stem that takes a standard Cinelli h-bar, colors happen to match(but it's a push)....did I mention FREE?! Stem will change but its really comfortable. Not my first choice, looking for the right 1" threadless, polished w/removeable front plate to accept original bar diameter.
The wheels are made by Topolino. A small company from Connecticut that just signed a licesceing agreement with Easton wheels. They are light, strong, and really under rated! The black things on the end are nipple attachments from the carbon spoke. The wheel comes apart in 2 halves. The spoke that starts on one side is continual to the opposite side.
