This Packer fan doesn't want to hear about bad calls. They cost us 2 games this year.

And I raise you 13 NFL championships.

As Phil Simms said time after time yesterday you have to over come them.

The ball isn't knocked loose.

It was ruled a fumble, AFTER the review, and they overlooked a clip on the runback for TD also.

Eric 951 11-05-2012 10:29 AM

Yes--some bad officiating in that game for sure.
The tuck rule/fumble
the no=call clip on the same return
the 41-yard pass interference
the personal foul helmet to helmet on Clark/Cruz
the questionable run TD for the Giants.

However, bar none the worst call of the night was the fake field goal attempt on 4th and inches inside the 10 while down by three. Sheesh, either go for it with your "A" squad, or kick the field goal and tie the game. That was ugly.

Luckily it all worked out.

The refs also gave the Giants a touchdown, (after review), that clearly showed the runner down prior to the ball crossing the plane of the goal line. Mike Ditka said it was the worst officiated game he had ever seen. If those were the replacements it would have been another Packer/Seahawk discussion.

5 BAD calls against the Steelers. Oh... the Steelers overcame them ;)

I had to get up and take a walk late in the second quarter. My TV costs too much money.

Yeah they had to overcome that one also.

Just putting the focus back on the football team that matters

Buckterrier 11-05-2012 11:13 AM

Ahhhh. Yes Jay Cutler will take da beahs to the promised land
I like his choice of women though. Is he still doing Kristin Cavallari? She has a mouth just like Marilyn Chambers. Not that that means anything.

At first I thought the same thing.
Apparently the rule doesn't state the ball has to be knocked loose, but out of control.
Once R's pinky left the ball, it was out of his control. Before the arm came forward, the pinky was off the ball and the ball had shifted in his grip. So says the ref.

Close call either way.
I am from Baltimore so I didn't see the blocking foul either. Looked like the tackler ran in front of the blocker and tangled legs.

Amen. That play might work outside the 30 were this some more running room. But where they were and everything bunched up....the kicker running?? If your going to go gadget play, maybe a pass. I wanted them to go for it with their strengh, Redman was breaking almost every tackle. It worked out in the end.:D
