Steelers Giants, and refs

Giants touchdown aided by huge fantom pass interference call & personal foul for hit to the head by Ryan Clark on 3rd down giving the G-Men 1st and goal at the 1. The hit wasn't even close to the dudes head. Friggin' shoulder to shoulder all the way.
Score: Steelers 7/ Giants 7. Refs 2

OMG - Steelers 7 - Giants 14, refs 4. WTF. I know NY/NJ has had a rough few days, (as did I), but this is becoming blatant. Should have come back, arms moving forward then they totally miss the clip at the end of the play.

silver912e 11-04-2012 01:33 PM

Holy crap, another bad call. these guy look worse than the replacement refs.

That's four Silver. And none of them have even been close.
They'll have more bad calls than the Steelers will have points!!

BOOMER 11-04-2012 01:36 PM

WTF is right, they would never get those calls if the Steelers were home.

dennis in se pa 11-04-2012 01:38 PM

There was no pass interference either. And yes, there was no personal foul. If that's what the Giant need to win they will not.

Head416 11-04-2012 02:18 PM

I'm shocked at how blatant it is. There are always questionable calls, but so many BS calls in favor of one team in such a short timeframe is crazy.

Minnesota was allowed to kick a 55 yard field goal after the play clock expired. Pete went nuts, didn't matter.

And you would be right! :D

The spirits on the next level were aware of the errors. All has been corrected.

Steelers are my number 2. Green Bay is my number 1.

Nice win by the Steelers. Wish they could play that way every week!

The ball was loose when his arm went forward.

Out running the blocker and falling in front of him does not a clip make.

The hit by Ryan had no excuse. At least if it was the replacement refs they would of huddled up for 10 minutes and got the call RIGHT. The steelers have had a tough patch with injuries. They get healthy at the right time and it will be interesting. Just ask the 9-7 giants when the won the super bowl . Great gutsy win.

I see you watch football with rose colored glasses ;)

Funny how Mike Pereira didn't think it was a penalty.
Look at the replay, he was pushed, geez.

Awesome win regardless of pp officiating.

Head416 11-04-2012 04:58 PM

Even if that were the case it wouldn't explain the BS PI or the flag for a clean hit.
