How much barley is in a beer?
Health Canada approved a claim the barley is good for you. 3g a day will reduce cholesterol and helps maintain insulin levels. It also helps you poop.

Well, the part that helps you poop doesn't make it into the fermenter.
10lbs of grain makes about 5 gallons. 3 oz of grain in a 12 oz beer. So 3g would make about 13ml of beer. Enjoy!
