Wow, I do have a lot to learn. But that's part of the fun doing anything you enjoy. Also great pics from you guys. I'll find a smoke shop local and do the newbie thing.
And OJU... I knew you'd be the one to bring up Ms. Lewinsky

A good relationship with a local shop is a great way to start.
A nice start to a morning:

My travel case

La Flor Dominicana Oro Maduro, a superb cigar, but a bit strong for a neophyte

Some of my tools of the trade: zino platinum cutter and black label el presidente flat flame torch lighter

A limited release from tatuaje that will be available for pre order tomorrow at midnight, I got a sample to review

Oh yeah and my reviews blog.cigarshhi.com

Not to hijack but a quick Q for the cigar experts...

I have had terrible luck with expensive cigar lighters and taken to lighting on our natural gas stove... sacrilege?

I try to go to Cuba yearly, especially during the Cigar Festival. Previously, you could tour the factories as much as you want, but they really cut down on it due to quality suffering. During the Cigar Festival is the time to do this, as they often hand out freebies, too. As mentioned earlier, the Partagas D is a fantastic cigar. My favorite Cuban is the Montecristo #2. Last time I was there, I came back with a box of MonteCristo #2 and a box of the uber-rare Cohiba Genios Maduro 5..(was the only maduro Cuban cigar).

At any rate, if you want to know anything specific, please don't hesitate to PM me.

A little awkward, but like butane, it should burn clean.......don't see any real issue. Check out the vertigo line from lotus.....$15-20 and pretty solid little lighters........way more reliable than my dunhill or my Porsche lighters

I found a shop in Groton, Cigars and More, (pipes & tobacco). Got a good education. Joe didn't mind answering all my newbie questions and they have a lounge there also.
There is a cigar store at the casino which was nice.
Thanks fellas. Looks like I'm falling in love

What do you guys use for air purification in your homes? I want to try smoking in my home office. I was looking at ozone generators or is a whole fresh air/exhaust system needed? I have a very small office.
