You had to ask... But thanks to Google, I find it. PBR Rock Bar and Grill, just off L.V. Boulevard in the Planet Hollywood complex at the South Entrance of the Miracle Mall Shop. Suite 730 (bottom left) of http://www.miraclemileshopslv.com/directory.php

In my younger years we had an awesome club called-GOOSE- LOONIES. There was a fella in guys can that would give you a towel or had an assortment of Colognes for us guys. I don't remember tipping him but the washroom was somewhat clean. I would be invited into the females lavatory, many a time. I found it disgusting with toilet paper and tampons and Kotex's strewn about on the floor. Many atime I had frequented this temporary hostel. The women are worse than the fella's, and I never saw a 'bathroom host'. No one was handing out Tampons, Kotex or a sample of Omega 3. If anyone tells you that the cans are clean and cozy-IN anywhere CANADA- they haven't been around or else their life style is in question!

My nightmare public restroom visits included the ones in Istanbul where the female attendant asks you to purchase toilet paper by the sheet, ie you have to tell her how many sheets you need to buy; the ones in Mexican salsa dancehalls where candy bars are on sale(at least they are wrapped), the idea being that you buy one from the restroom for your date. In Paris France I came across a teenager who had just slit his wrists, and wouldn't you know it, there was no attendant to wipe up the blood that was spraying everywhere.

As for the notion of the profession of restroom attendant, please bear in mind that in the UK one could(might be that this slightly more sensible government has got rid of these ) obtain a qualification for floor sweeping, and another for car cleaning-they were called NVQ's and were colloqiually known as Not Very Qualified.
