I don't think so. A classic design is always beautiful, while ugly is still ugly, even years later.

The SC will one day be a classic design - if it isn't already.

I have seen several fads since I have followed the 911 hobby - RS, RSR, IROC, ST, it is all a matter of taste which generally changes over time ...
