Brazil F1 Quali
Good quali, a little more action than normal, and with rain in the forecast anything
could happen. Bring it on. Massa deserves a good final race at home. Kimi wanting to keep his laps completed going, Ham wanting to WIN, schuey wanting to do something, (anything). Rosberg not knowing what to expect for next year with new partner. Lots to ponder for tomorrow and beyond., |

Cannot wait to see if it rains and if Michael did set his car up for a wet race.
Would be nice to see him win his last race... or Hamilton. Just as long as crybaby Alonzo does not get the championship...

I loved Hamilton's all about the team attitude during the post qualifying interview directly following Weber's every man for himself comments.

Did you see the interview with Button? He is not happy to be losing Hamilton in that "we are really working together as a team to make things happen"... just wish that the car had not kept letting the team and drivers down.

I'd love to see Schuey win also, he's given a lot to F1 and deserves to go out on a high. Becoming more of a Ham fan every day, and like Alonso and Vettel not at all. Didn't like what Alonso did at McLaren, and getting tired of Vettel (but he certainly can drive). Tomorrow will be a good race no doubt.

Right on about Schu, I did not like him much a few years ago, but I feel for him now. I think he's a good guy who just wants to be part of F1. I always wanted him to do well on this comeback and was glad he got that pole in Monaco altho I can't seem to find out if he got credit for it or not. But even today he doesn't mind pushing ANYBODY into the wall if need be, just like last week. Wish he wouldn't do that.

i'm wondering if Alonso ended up where he did due to using a rain setup? What a crap shoot, if so.
Excited to see the race! It was a flash back to see Michael pull his trade mark move last race. I too wish he wouldn't do that. Cheers Richard |

The weather forecast is 99% rain, and Alonso has already gained one place as Pastor has been penalized, moving Alonzo to seventh(clean side). Hope omebody from
11th on down will hit a good set-up for the race as I understand it first ten have to start with Quali set up and the rest don't. Massa sitting pretty in 5th but I don't think he's known for rain? (not sure). Could be a crap shoot this one! Alonzo always sneaks in with something. Hope they let Massa race!! |

I am losing my "like" for Vettel although I certainly respect his driving skill. He is getting a little full of himself, it seems to be a hazard of the trade.
I have been a Ferrari hater since Schumacher days (can't stand that particular cheater), but I must admit I am cheering for Alonso. I guess I just respect a guy who takes a somewhat less competitive car and "makes" it competitive, he has had a charmed season and, whining notwithstanding - he is Spanish after all, I think he'll win it.....he is good in the rain, aka the great equalizer. I just hope it doesn't turn into a downpour which would cancel the race, just enough rain to make it exciting and test the drivers skill to the max. May the best prima donna win. Dennis |

Maybe Massa will be a team player and stuff his nose into Vettel's gearbox in the first corner!

Well, I sure hope I get to see it. I've got about 200 channels on my TV and I think 199 are broadcasting the Grey Cup game, whatever that is.,

He will not get the chance. "The team" will prolly bust the seal on his gearbox for a second race in a row and get him demoted so that "The God" of the team will move up one place.

That would put the team in a world of hurt to do that to Massa in Brazil.
plus Alonso is on the clean side any way. I'm waiting for my F 1 buddy to make it over to watch the race at 8:30 our time. Cheers Richard |

Was that a nail-biter, or what?
Great race. Great result.

Yes, it was a fun race. And a fitting end to a great season.

Thanks to Raikkinnen we got to see a part of the track I've never seen. (new to him too).
Also, I was gonna give Hulkenurg "driver of the race" but he kinda took out my fav today, maybe it was a 50/50 fault. In any case can't wait for next year as always. And today was a race and a half for sure. |
