I generally have a thing against pre-recorded backing tracks. If someone is going to self-wank, I think they should loop their backing live. Personal bias from an admitted wanker

This looks like the amp he is using: AMP

This looks like his pedal (which is controlling presets on amp): PEDAL

Then he has his iPod/MP3 player plugged into the amp as well probably for the backing tracks.
