No thanks. As long as we drive on one side of the road, it makes sense to have the driver where he/she has the best visability of other traffic.

Center controls in airplanes is another matter!

Yeah, but ya gotta admit it would be great for the track... you would really be able to "feel" the car's balance and turn in from that central position.

True, but if I'm going to build a track car, I'm not going to start with a cabriolet.
