				FJ-40 for sale

I know some of you have been looking at FJ-40s from time to time. I happened to drive past this one today. I have no connection to or knowledge of the dealer. 1976 Toyota Landcruiser For Sale In Mount Pleasant SC 29464 - Coastal Cars of Charleston | ||

That GMC panel in the background is a deal at $24k if it really is a solid, older restoration. It'd take about $1200 to replace those god-awful whitewalls though.

Excellent. I was crafting an email to Eric this afternoon...I'm selling my 356 and looking for an FJ for my son and I. He gets it when he graduates VMI. Thanks!

I'm simply to tall for the car, especially since it is a Notch. A lady at a stop light asked me if I was sitting in the back seat! It is on ebay and the reserve has been met, so we'll see. This has been a great experience, the best part getting to know Scott.

Shame your dimensions were not compatible with the little red car, it's a gem. Thing about a '76, it is less attractive in Cali because of fthe smog thing. I would imagine that would be a plus if you live somewhere that is less critical.

We tried. I offered him the car for what I paid plus repairs. He is a busy young man managing a new career and we just couldn't make it fit. The last email exchange we had on the issue was exemplary on his part. I was very impressed with his maturity and kindness. As I mentioned, the best part of this experience has been getting to know Scott: We never met in person but we will.
