The writing is actually easy, what's tuff is the overall theme/purpose. It's turned from a confessional to a 'how to' believe it or not!
She has taught me one thing, sexual abuse mess's up a girl for life. This one could have been what many of us consider an amazing catch - smart, funny, very pretty but man did she get messed up and I don't think any amount if counseling will help. She doesn't have the self awareness or a reason in her eyes. While on a physical level she is one way - very good at the ways of flesh, emotionally she is a mine field. Her friends (and she has a bunch) are in the same rut. Morality and sense of self are void in them according to our social terms.

It's sadder than you can imagine. I could have been with her but after working on the project an actually getting to know her pretty well there isn't a time after our contact I don't cry. I think I could kill the guys (yes guys) that abused her when she was little. Very sick and very sad

Gives you a different perspective on buying flesh for sex.

Different context, altogether, but "Memoirs of a Geisha" was an extraordinary insight into the life of another woman.

Hey Mike,

If you need someone to "proof" the book, pls put me in line!

I used to know someone who did what you are talking about and I often wonder what happened to her. Moved overseas and lost touch with her over 25 years ago. Hope she is doing well and happy...

Also if you need a professional proof-reader, one of my family members has done this for years...

Thanks Joe! The publisher offers that up as well. Although providing them a piece closer to finished reduces edit time. As for content proofing, style and content becomes a personal issue with many proofers. For a PoV story it's tough, for a tale it's invaluable.

Mike you really do not want to know but anyways... a TS who can bend you over after you have done the same to her...

Urban Dictionary: fully-functional

Do a search on this if needed but there is A LOT more on this out there on the 'net... and some of it more than you want to know.
