One winter back in the 70s when I was in the Navy stationed at the atomic power site near Saratoga Springs NY, it got to 24 below zero (Feb) and we put the shepherd puppy out in the early AM to go pee and he did not come back? So I went to look and he was "frozen" to the ground although he was moving sort of slow. I went and got a pan of hot water to break him loose and he finally got back inside! That ain't no ***** either!
