i see. you are not going to answer the question. that's fine.

i bought my spoons to use them. if things wear out, i'll replace what wears out. the ARSpoon would be easy. now that i think about it, so would the VarmintSpoon. feeding my spoons is relaxing, to me, and i don't mind that i am wearing stuff out. obviously, YMMV.

Had a chance to use some of my 9mm aluminum rounds in my Hi-Point carbine recently. Man that stuff is loud. Seemed to be at least twice as loud as regular 9mm. Had a little more kickup too. Barrel looks ok, but I don't think I will be running any more of that box through this spoon.
