shot doesn't mean dead. maybe the trash was taken out twice? shooter ends up in jail and the target might have been a banger that might change his ways. NOT all gun violence is bad.

The shooter was a small (physical stature) kid who had been bullied by two of the kids he shot. Sounds like they had it coming.

Well, when quotes like the following are held in such a high esteem, it's difficult to lay blame entirely on a kid for what he has been exposed to, learned or has been taught.
