Cadillac CTS, any other model other then the V worth looking at?

I've been all over with looking at cars, basically 4 door sedans. Looked at everything in the category and I like the CTS-V. Having done the completely impractical car (2007 M5 with 500Hp) it seems like this is the CTS-V in another form. My question is does Cadillac have a car that would fit a step below, say something with 3-400Hp and all wheel drive? I hear nothing about the CTS other then V. The ATS is too small. The trunk is ridiculous. I have seen pictures of the new Lincoln. Can't say I like it.

It depends on what you want. A standard CTS with a 3.6 will have around 300 hp and is just fine. My turbo 3.2 P-car will walk just about anything on the road, V's included so I dont need 2 supercars.

My G37 Infinity had 307hp and a 6sp auto. More than quick enough to satisfy my itch to blast down an onramp at triple digits. On a closed coarse

The CTS does come with a 3.6 AWD version. I rented a last gen CTS and I was very ompressed with the car other than the door panels.

Back when the Economy was still strong I had cash to buy Joanna a car. We tested the CTS,Jaguar X type, 330i BMW and a C Class Merc. OF all of them she said the CTS was TOP.

Ended up with the Jag, She thought that the CTS was too old for her being a Cadillac.
As I'm shutting down my bicycle biz, I'm thinking of getting into Realestate the Cadillac or a Benz oilburner are top on the chart for me. I will buy a lease turn in and let some other sucker pay the $20k depreciation to break the car in for me.

What two year old car that I won't buy? a performance car that has 7k miles on it that was worshipped by it's owner oil changed 8 times has never seen redline, tires don't have wear on the shoulders.

My thought is that the engine will have a slight shelf worn into the bore and that the rings will get damaged once the engine is ran to redline and they've moved an extra .005 that the prior owner was afraid to rev to
