The runways with turbulant crosswinds would bother me more than most of those. Hey, at least with the drop off you will get to flying speed quicker on the way down.
(Unless you come up short from that end)

Union Island in the Grenadines. You have to make a first pass over the runway so you can check for cattle or goats on the runway. Then you come over the volcano and head down to the runway, it ends at the ocean. There used to be a "stop light" at the side of the runway that consisted of a red and green floodlight on a stick to tell you it was safe to cross the runway.
