Since when do snowstorms get named? Have I missed something?

Another way for the weather channel to make winter more dramatic. Stupid as hell......

We got 7" on top of 14" from a few days ago. The kids are off again, that's four snow days in a row. Sadly I don't get snow days from work, so I'm off to play in the snow in my Audi. It's going to be a mess but we seriously needed the moisture, the city was already starting to think about summer water restrictions and I was concerned about where I could go boating. Problem solved!

Enzo, you can have some of ours.... Got a good blizzard out here. 8" to a foot hard to tell with how it was blowing. Been without power since noon yesterday, probably will be running on generators for quite a while...

OKC barely had any snow and it certainly didn't stick. Stalled between Okarche and OKC. Naturally, my kids were mad they had to go to school.

And you were glad to have them out of the house!

You guys are lucky to have missed this. It was not pretty here, and would have shut okc down for several days. We know of two places near here that power lines are down, and they went down after the feeder to our electric coop went out.

Spent the morning plowing. Damn this is some wet, heavy snow! Not like that powdery snow we got last week.
