Video Editing Software?
Can anyone recommend some relatively cheap video editing software? I just need to be able to cut out some time at the beginning, middle, and end of an existing video. I don't need to be able to dub or do anything fancy.

Does Windows still include Movie Maker?

I have Windows 7, which has Windows Live Movie Maker. My understanding of Windows Live is that the software actually executes on a Microsoft server and my data is sent over the internet. That's not going to happen.
