Windows Phone 8 Samsung ATIV S
So I said I never would but I got a Samsung windows phone 8 for testing with our mobility management system. I have Apple everything else and will be getting an Android tab, but I wanted to see how 8 was.
So far it just seems like every other phone with a different interface. The specs are good but it seems the same when surfing or doing anything else. Battery life is better than the iPhone but that's not hard.Screen is bigger and looks good. It is really only managed by Activesync which is not great and one gripe is you can't set a static IP in the wireless connection. Disappointed in the apps as some I want are not in the store, but that will change (if MS allows them) I can see this as a good phone for the youth or people that must have their social feeds instantly but not so much for me. Thoughts?
