some of those girls were definitely worthy of a giggity, but the dude at the beginning needs to invest in a real knife....

That holster takes quite some practice to use. It's position on a bra makes it difficult to clear your breast. I have seen some women pull from that holster in a way that looks like they would shoot their own breast before pulling out from under their shirt.

It is funny that you mention that. My Fil used to say that women should not be fighting in wars or else they will get their t-ts shot off. He obviously was not aware of the Russian women fighting the Germans in WW2.
This holster gives the woman the opportunity to shoot somebody else's t-ts off or perhaps even her own.

No open carry here. In all honesty, it is difficult to conceal with some clothes as a woman. The alternative is to pick a very small hand gun or get creative. There are purses with holsters. There are garters that have double layers to hold a handgun when women wear a skirt or dress that are comfortable but not practical with all handguns.
