If you are serious, then I can go one with a few cities up here in LA county as well.

Irvine is SO FARGING boring that the cops LOOK for people to screw with. Make sure your schincter is squeaky.....

BTW, there ARE trailer parks in Newport....just sayin'....

They're not the average $1.5-$2.5 million that is most of Newport, but they're not really what most would consider a "bad side" of a town

Bayside and PCH......150K gets ya a double wide. Space rent 1800 per month plus utilities.

They have vandalism....unlocked rides get their GPS stolen....

Crime in Bayside? Mom's been there 10yrs, I haven't heard or seen any crime?

But she is on the north side of the road?

Maybe its like being on the better side of the town?

PS: Who leaves there car unlocked? Anywhere!

I have three relatives in that park....

Once upon a time, everywhere looked like it did in the 1950s. And before that, it looked like it did in the '20s.

What's your point?

EDIT: Sorry, I was responding to a post on previous page.

The Los Angeles metro area is so huge that you can live your whole life here without ever spending one minute in Bellflower or whatever those other depressing places are. Pretty sure that I've never been there.

The joke about the west side folks who never go past LaBrea. Are you one of those guys Dennis? I have been to or driven through every city west of the 15 all they way up to Santa Barbara. I can tell you this, there are some very nice pockets in many of those cities. Some, not so much and will never return. Bellflower is one of them. You can have the area between the 91 and the 105, the 110 and the 605. No thanks, but do go down there to pick up a thing or two from my plywood vendors when necessary.
