Look on the triple head and the plate should hold your answer

It's a dead ringer for around a 1980 model Suzuki GS 550. Free is good. With a title is better. Running would be the best. Nice score.

Can you say cafe racer project?

def a suzi 1980 or newer by the slotted front disk, you can look on the engine cases for displacement, look on the steering neck plate for model the last letter designates year for example if it says gs550et t means it's an 80, z=1982, best i can do from memory it was a long time ago, probably gs550lt

Yup, suzuki for sure. My first street bike was a gs400 and it had those wheels. The tank on your bike is not original.
