VERY underrated drummer. My parents used to wake me up to watch The Tonight Show whenever Buddy was a guest. I didn't realize Ed was that good until I watched some YouTube video in the past few years.

I saw him at a drum clinic 15 years ago. I was honored to talk to him. Very nice man. He signed my copy of Modern Drummer magazine with him & Johnny Carson on the cover. A lot of people may not know that Johnny Carson played drums. Thanks Mr. Shaughnessey
