Further complication....PayPal and most credit cards will ding the seller w/o proof of service. Sometimes, delivery to another address, dropping on a porch then theft......complicates the issue.
Rarely happens but cover yourself as a seller and take the bite of the cost.

Looks like the package is in NY, according to the tracking.

After a frustrating 40 minute phone call to UPS, it is likely that the package is in a "lost and "found" warehouse at an undisclosed location...
That scene in Indiana Jones come immediately to mind~ ![]() KT

When using UPS & FedEx, I have always been able to use the tracking # to see where the pkg is.

TRE sent me a bumper a few years ago by UPS and it was never found.. Wasn't insured, lost my money.
