Nice. He's gotta be good to drift between the Armco.
The other night on 5th Gear Jason said the Morgan was the worst POS on the road. Well, I think Morgan is doing one thing right. They give you something to experience on the raw side. I guess the new 991 GT3 is anything but raw. I'd be surprised if the windows lowered. |

That's a really good watch. What a car. I agree with his view on the rise and rise of the semi auto tranny. Better in every regard. But....

I want a 996 GT3, by all accounts it is the most raw and connected of them all. Pretty sure I could have fun in the "slow" GT3.

$130k - big step up from where a 997 GT3 was
Cars evolve over time of course, and at some point, we harken back to nostalgia. It will be interesting to see if this and the forthcoming RS version (seems inevitable, no?) will do to 996 GT3 values. Right now, that seems to be a very solid buy for those wanting something exclusive, yet without all that goes into buying an 'old' car But even without the manual, it most certainly sits high up on my own personal "want" list. If only the finances were remotely in alignment with said list!! |

I'm holding out for the next generation, where hopefully it will have automatic steering, throttle, and brakes to go with the mandatory automatic transmission.
