If you let Rick plan your visit, you'll end up at Hooters.

I never said it was a bad thing! Though their beer selection does leave something to be desired......

I love Hooters... Wait. That sounded bad. You guys know what I mean! I love their wings. That's where I met Brando when I was in CA. And wait, I met up with some pelicans at the Tilted Kilt. I am seeing a trend.
Anyway, weird thing is I might be in an account all that week at Arrowhead hospital, which is right down the road I believe. I will let you guys know if I can come. |

Matt,
Know what you mean. I go there only to meet the P-car guys and then to get their buffalo wings. Its fun but you are not going home with one of them so why not concentrate on the food! ![]()

Dear planning committee: I'm not available Monday or Tuesday evenings. Hmmm... I guess technically I am available Monday evening, but would have a 13 year old in tow.

I'm cool with not being in a Bar if we have to avoid it... I've spent the last 5 nights in bars and up way late.

Seems like the way everyone is spread out all over Phoenix that somewhere in the Scottsdale or Paradise Valley area is about as close to a mid point as we'll get. Anybody know any venues around there?
Wednesday or Thursday work?

Just seeing this, been off the grid for a few days, in NJ now and meeting up with Vinman tomorrow.
Scottsdale has a lot of places. I don't know PV very well. But there's K'Odonnell's on Northsight, right in front of Scottsdale Gun Club. There's a Twin Peaks a few parking lots over from there. I was told about a great bar in Old Town Scottsdale with a giant beer selection, but the name escapes me. There's the Handlebar Saloon around Shea and Scottsdale Rd. There's a Tilted Kilt at Scottsdale and Greenway (met Gogar there last time). Scottsdale would be great for me, but I can travel a little. I'll be back late Sunday. Oh, and if you want to come as far north as Desert Ridge at 101 and Tatum, lots of bars there - Yard House, Wolfley's, Rock Bottom, Sand Bar (awesome cougar joint) and a few more.

Can we do Thursday or Friday? Looks like those are my only free evenings when my wife can take our daughter. I'd lean toward Thursday just because of shorter wait times.
